(No idea why all text is on top. Will try to fix in morning).
So I watched my local spider make their web. Honestly it was amazing to watch. The deer came back and ate the Swiss chard down to the dirt but it's trying to grow back. Spent savasana watching the clouds. I guess you could call that meditating. Finally, the first pomegranate of the season. Took me about an hour to completely demolish it. It was so good.Tuesday, September 29, 2020

18!
18 years ago today I brought you home. You were this tiny tiny little thing swimming in newborn cloths at two days old. Time has flew little one. You are now off at college. You have grown into such an amazing sassy (can't forget that) woman (that was painful to type). Stay wild my Kris.

Different first day
Yesterday was the first day of school for my last two and for them it was online. Mj will be 100% online 3rd grade and Ang will be 50% hybrid 11th grade. Needless to say it's going to be interesting

My view
From my yoga mat. We are finally getting some nice weather and I am taking full advantage by moving my morning yoga practice to the deck. Those giant evergreens ( it's hard to tell but there are two close together ) shade the deck til almost lunchtime now so I can get in my 40 minutes. It's different and I am really enjoying the fresh air. Sadly the heat and humidity are making a return for a few days :( Just got to make it to Saturday.

Infusion (again)
It's taken almost a year to get my numbers as good as they are (damn unexplained anemia). Doc wants my iron store number at at least 100. Last blood test showed 70. (Though a year ago it was 6 - he couldn't figure how I was even functioning). Slow and steady wins this race because a nasty side effect of these infusions that can sometimes happens (which means of course it has to happen to me) is the body can say nope don't wanna deal with this any more and the organs and veins throw a fit. So we are going to stretch to every little weeks to see if the numbers still go in the right direction and my reaction calms downs. (So far so good. I don't feel like I have run over by a massive heard of elephants)
