It's a Boy!!!

No I am not pregnant, but we do have a new addition. Meet Bubba (that's the name he came with and we added..) Fett 

He was getting scratched and was loving it

He's just about a year and a half and such a mushy boy. He is totally a love bug. He's is slowly adjusting. Well he only has been here for a full day so I say he's doing well. 

He's such a sweet boy even with Mj. No nipping or scratching. He's talkative too and when he purrs you barely hear it

It's Fall

I know not officially but the signs are showing up slowly (besides juvenile bears getting kicked out by their momma.  If I was told months ago that before my kids went outside to play I had to check and pick up bear scat I wouldn't believe you. You would also think that the bear scat would keep the deer away. Nope. It seems our yard is the local potty place)

Anyway. This is the sign I'm talking about 

Fall ball. We found the local little league and got Dillon signed upon time. He had fun tonight and that is what counts.

It's the best I could take. A special little helper just couldn't stop helping :)

It's wide and long. I can wearily like a stole or scrunch it up and wear it like a scarf. It is crochet and was fast and fun to make. So much so that....

I started another one (thinner yarn smaller sized) scarf sized hopefully as a gift.

I am roughly 2/3 done. I am resizing it smaller so I'm not completely sure. I also completed this little kit

I found this really amazing Etsy shop that sells needlepoint kits. I have not been able to find needlepoint kits anywhere. I picked up a couple ornament kits and a larger kit that I can't wait to start it (just need to stretch it first) but it most likely will have to wait a little bit -Christmas crafting has started

I am now the momma to two teenagers

When did that happen. My second oldest turned 13(!!!!!) yesterday

This was from a weekish ago. She's helping Mj to learn go to drive. One advantage on being tiny

They are all growing up too fast. Days go slow years go fast.

I also want to point out the my three are standing in 3 different steps. Dillon is on the landing with me, Ang up one step and Kris is up two steps. My Dillon is still taller then those two girls. Crazy at 14 he's 6'2".

The current works

The endless Doctor Who scarf is finally past the half way point. It's garter stitch at a tight gauge so my hands can't do too many rows. So...

I'm hooking a scarf/shawl using my friend  Karin's yarn. Love her work :)

I am also spinning as much as my fingers and MJ let me. The little stinker tries to help.
