I needed to get out

Of the rut I have been in. New haircut and color definitely helped. Mj would only look at the picture on the phone the little stinker. :). Can't believe he is 3.5 months already!!!!!

Another FO!

Amazingly 2 in a week! though i am just getting to blogging now. Ah the life with a new baby! Anyhow i was asked to make a gift and here it is. A dress that becomes a tunic then a shirt as the little girl grows. Used a pretty pink cotton i had in the stash. It only took a week if knitting while nursing. Which is the only time i get to knit these days so Mj's new sweater is taking a long time but there should be enough to take a picture of soon. It is 18month size for the fall so I have time. I also am almost done with a pair of mitts I started before he was born, to match a hat I finished right before he was born. So when you see pictures nobody get shocked to see me pregnant, ok?

Off to get somethings done before Captain Crabby wakes up =)

(He is like his momma not enough sleep makes him crabby and since it is spring break well sleep is at a minimum right now)

Finally managed to finish something. A cute bunny hat. I used scrap yarn for the hat left over from Mj's monkey.

Today

Would have been my Dad's birthday. Yesterday would have been his brother's, my uncle who was like a second father to me. I miss you both

Pixie hats for twins

A friend of the family just had twins last week. She waited to find out and had a boy and a girl. I just had to make something and thankfully with thick yarn and small heads I was able to make these hats for them. Now of course the weather has been absolutely gorgeous so they don't need them. The weather has been crazy this year!
